BizConsultCo – New Client Consultation Policy Purpose of the Consultation At BizConsultCo, our goal is to provide tailored, results-driven solutions for your business. To ensure we fully understand your vision, needs, and challenges, a consultation is required before acquiring any services. This session allows us to: Learn about your business stage, goals, and target audience. Identify your immediate needs and long-term objectives. Recommend the best service package or custom solution for you. Consultation Format All consultations are hosted virtually via Zoom. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link once your booking is approved. Sessions typically last 30–45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your needs. Booking & Preparation Consultations must be booked via our official booking form. Please provide accurate contact details and complete all required form fields. Come prepared with key information about your business (current status, goals, budget range, and any specific questions). If applicable, have any relevant documents or branding materials ready to share during the meeting. Fees & Credits Some consultations may be complimentary, while others may have a non-refundable fee (as stated on our booking page). If a consultation fee applies, it may be credited toward your selected service package when booked within 7 days of your consultation date. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your consultation. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any paid consultation fees and require a new booking. Next Steps After the Consultation Within 1–2 business days, you will receive a written service proposal or package recommendation. To move forward, you must sign the service agreement and submit the required deposit. No work will begin until the agreement is signed and the deposit is received. Acceptance of Policy By booking a consultation with BizConsultCo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this New Client Consultation Policy.
